Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join and lead our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in food production, food handling, and culinary skills will contribute to the success of our bakery.
Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production
Skills:
- Previous experience in a bakery setting is preferred
