Summary
The Assistant Program Manager assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets. The Assistant Program Manager will provide administrative and operational support to the Program Manager and assist in the successful
execution of projects and/or programs within our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain organization and adherence to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
· Oversee every aspect of projects, from estimation and procurement to permitting, schedule coordination, construction supervision, quality control, and project completion.
· Supervise development and construction timelines to guarantee prompt procurement and installation of owner-vendor items.
· Consistently oversee owner-vendor costs to ensure alignment with negotiated pricing.
· Initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and concluding the project.
· Site supervision, cultivating client relationships, and managing customers/clients.
· Tender support for local Projects.
· Technical Interpretation/ Translation.
· Ensure timely adherence to contractual documentation in accordance with milestone
completion.
· Create and maintain the project risk register, ensuring it is regularly updated.
· Under direct supervision manage a small project, or one phase of a large project.
· Formulate and execute project plans.
· Lead safety efforts including preparation and compliance with approved safety plan.
· Review project specifications and conduct calculations, generate reports, and fulfill.

· Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field preferred.
· Previous experience in project coordination, management, or related roles.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
· Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
· This position supervises employees.
Compensation and Benefits
· Salary – $45,000 - $50,000 Annually (Based on Experience)
· Bonus – Based on production goals met
· 100% of premium for health, vision and dental benefits paid by cdcb.
