Windsor Care Center of Cheviot Hills, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, is in need of a full-time Director of Staff Development (DSD). The primary responsibilities of the DSD includes development and implementation of staff training requirements, staff recruitment, competencies validation, among others. The facility offers a very competitive salary and benefits package. The position offers a stating salary of $45/hour DEPENDING on experience. The applicant must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and should have experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
