The Service & Support Analyst is responsible for North and South America Service and Support analysis for all product lines to ensure successful support for product launches, post-sales support and strategic competitive analysis. Create, maintain, and monitor key performance metrics. In addition, this position will determine and develop best practices through innovative reporting and data analytics to provide insight and recommendations to service operations teams and management.
This position will be based out of Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.

What you will bring:
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $88,466 and $110,583Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
