- Respond to incidents, escalations, and provide customer service support in the 24x7 hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Perform network tasks, such as port changes, activations, and VLAN assignments.
- Utilize incident response tools for network diagnoses and issue remediation ranging from tiers 1 - 3
- Improve operational efficiency through automation tools and scripts.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2 years of hands-on experience.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (CompTIA Security ).
- Experience with incident response tools.
- Flexibility in shift hours and availability for on-call support.
- $70,000 - $120,000 (Depending on experience)
