We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a background in retail or related industries.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay informed about product features and benefits
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, smoke & vape shops ( training available )
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to manage time effectively
- experience with social media & posting regularly
