Warehouse Lead - Oskar Blues Brewery - Longmont, CO

Objective

This position is responsible for executing all facets of Warehouse operations and perform all tasks without supervision. As opposed to our Warehouse Operator posting (which is a great introduction to the company), this opening is intended for someone with leadership experience in a high-paced manufacturing facility.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain all quality standards set for warehouse operations at CANarchy facilities.
• Proficiency in all tasks that would be expected of an Operator 1, Operator 2, and Technician 1.
• Operate independently without supervision.
• Use computer for distributor order management material receipts.
• Train all Warehouse positions as required.
• Lead by example and use time wisely.
• Supervise and lead a team of Warehouse Operators and Technicians.
• Assist in maintaining related warehouse equipment.
• Engage in improvement projects coordinated through the Warehouse Manage.r
• Understand and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment.
• Log information immediately and accurately.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform facility related duties as required or assigned.
• Support other departments when situations warrant and make connections between processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of proper and safe operation
• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work well at a fast pace in high pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.20 - $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Longmont, CO 80501: Relocate before starting work (Required)
