Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Rooms Ops Manager Overnight at Marriott International. The Rooms Ops Manager Overnight is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's rooms division during the night shift. Key responsibilities include managing guest check-in/check-out processes, coordinating room assignments, ensuring guest satisfaction, and resolving any issues or complaints that arise during the night. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage the overnight operations and maintain high service standards.

• Experience in hotel operations, specifically in rooms division management
• Knowledge of hotel systems and technologies, such as property management systems
