Michael Saunders & Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Janitorial person, for the Veranda Beach Club Resort located on Longboat Key.

Responsibilities include:

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition
• To including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash rooms and recycling,making interior and exterior areas of the building sanitary and free of trash and debris
• Documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff and follow all health and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail a must!

The candidate must be willing to work a 40 hour work week to include Saturdays, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
