Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction tasks such as fabrication, roofing, concrete forming, schematics interpretation, flooring and cabinet installation, door hanging, building, construction painting, and concrete finishing.

Duties:
- Fabricate and install various construction elements
- Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints
- Install various types of flooring and cabinets
- Hang doors with precision and accuracy
- Engage in general building activities
- Execute construction painting tasks
- General electrical & plumbing experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a variety of construction trades
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Excellent communication skills

While we provide equipment, tools, and supplies to complete most work orders, you will need to maintain your own tools to complete work orders. Occasionally, you may need to use either a company-owned vehicle (or your own) to move about or to pick up supplies off-site. Therefore, you must have a current divers’ license to be effective in this position.

Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
