Role Responsibilities
In your role as Internal Auditor you are primarily responsible for certain internal audit functions of the Bank. You will work with management and the audit committee to develop and administer a risk-based internal audit program. Your oversight of the program will ensure safe and sound banking practices and ensure compliance. You will work with the contracted third parties to coordinate all outsourced portions of the bank’s internal audit program. Preparation and presentation of findings to the Board of Directors along with recommendations for improvement is key to your success.
Role Requirements
You will bring with you a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. We will look for experience with and thorough knowledge of banking operations, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking. A valid driver’s license is required as travel between branches is to be expected.
