LOVARC is hiring for an HR Generalist!
The Human Resource Generalist reports to the LOVARC HRA & Co-CEO and assists with all Human Resource activities at our main office in downtown Lompoc. This job is a non-remote. Full-time Hours.
A partial list of responsibilities include: Running all aspects of job recruitment including posting, interviewing, arranging site tours, reference-checking and making job offers.
Being first line notified for any workplace injury and handling all aspects of worker's compensation tasks including interfacing with injured staff, their managers, health clinics and the insurance company.
Maintaining our OSHA Safety Program with corresponding documentation; performing safety training groups and individuals; and working with all employees and managers to help maintain safe work environments and prevent workplace injuries.
Other job duties include some vocational tasks such as: creating and/or maintaining various policies, procedures and documentation required to comply with CARF and referring agencies; taking a leadership role with LOVARC’s employees; on call job coach and transportation of crew members.

LOVARC has a Drug-Free Policy and all offers for employment are contingent on the applicant passing a drug screen.
