Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place

- Utilize project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile to drive project success

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives

- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to improve project efficiency and quality

- Utilize project management tools such as Basecamp or ServiceNow to track progress and communicate updates

- Implement Earned Value Management techniques to monitor project performance

- Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during the course of the project

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
