Premier Small Cell Inc is hiring for a Construction Project Manager
· Hands-on experience in overseeing the construction project from start to finish.
· Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
· Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to personnel and ensure they are carried out.
· Ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
· Exposure to the construction industry and its various responsibilities.
· Obtains all necessary regulations and permits.
· Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
· Manages a construction manager and oversees their work.
· Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
· Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
· Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, sub-contractors.
· Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
