Summary: Seeking CNC Operators for new business jet model production with hands-on experience in CNC machinery and cabinet building.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of one year CNC machine experience, cabinet building experience, or equivalent.

• Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine principles.

• Computer proficiency.

• Ability to set up and operate all standard equipment related to the CNC router process.

• Ownership of required tools and toolbox.

• Capability to work from documentation such as drawings, f-standards, preparation packages, 3D models.

• Proficient in math and geometry; able to work in both Metric and English units of measure.

• Able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Visual capacity and muscular dexterity to work on fine detail, high-cost products with minimal errors and rework.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous CNC machine operation preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Solve practical problems when necessary.

• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Additional Information:

• Shifts are 4/10 M-F days and nights; 3/12 Fri Sat Sun days and nights for onsite staff.

• Overtime paid at standard rate.

• Interviews may be conducted via Teams or phone if not from Central AR; if onsite, includes facility tour followed by technical review.
