Job Summary :

Bell & Bell GMC, a respected automotive dealership in Little River, South Carolina, is looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a GM Service Advisor.

This is an individual contributor role in which you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their vehicle servicing needs.

This is a full-time position with a base salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
• Consult with customers to determine their vehicle servicing needs
• Provide quotes for services and explain them in a clear and concise manner
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of services
• Upsell additional services as needed
• Provide constant communication and updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturer service bulletins and recalls
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge of automotive technical terminology and basic vehicle maintenance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
