St. Otto's Care Center is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Near Little Falls, MN

We are recruiting for a Casual Registered Nurse for day, evening or overnight shifts. 8 hours or 12 hour shifts. Currently offering a $1500.00 sign on bonus, with a one year commitment.

-Tuition reimbursement for current recently graduated RNs with student loans up to $350 per month.

St. Otto's Care Center does not mandate to work beyond your scheduled shift.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS of Registered Nurse Supervisor:

  • Responsible for managing resident care on a day to day basis, including medication management, physician rounds, collaboration with pharmacy and supervision of LPNs and CNAs. Participates in the development of a comprehensive resident Care Plan.
  • Identifies and actively supports the role of resident advocate/liaison by communication and documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Identifies needs and concerns involving safety/risk management and Quality Improvement issues including pressure ulcer prevention, reduction of falls, management of psychotropic medications, and planning care needs including holistic, spiritual and end of life care needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
