We are recruiting for a Casual Registered Nurse for day, evening or overnight shifts. 8 hours or 12 hour shifts. Currently offering a $1500.00 sign on bonus, with a one year commitment.
-Tuition reimbursement for current recently graduated RNs with student loans up to $350 per month.
St. Otto's Care Center does not mandate to work beyond your scheduled shift.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS of Registered Nurse Supervisor:
- Responsible for managing resident care on a day to day basis, including medication management, physician rounds, collaboration with pharmacy and supervision of LPNs and CNAs. Participates in the development of a comprehensive resident Care Plan.
- Identifies and actively supports the role of resident advocate/liaison by communication and documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team.
- Identifies needs and concerns involving safety/risk management and Quality Improvement issues including pressure ulcer prevention, reduction of falls, management of psychotropic medications, and planning care needs including holistic, spiritual and end of life care needs.
