- Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop, deploy, and manage campaigns.
- Ensure the campground areas are safe and ready for guests daily, addressing any issues promptly.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of servant leadership.
- Ensure operations comply with current operating policies by ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly safety and cleanliness inspections.
- Manage capital projects within budget and on schedule.
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
- Manage capital and other projects efficiently and timely
- Develop, prepare, and present annual budget to Leadership
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Plan and execute Campground projects and manage business growth
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all park attractions and communicate this effectively with staff and Campground guests when called upon
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Excel software programs.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of related experience and management experience.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
