Symphony Linden is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Linden, MI
Location: Symphony Care Network
Status: Full Time at Facility, No Remote Option
- Inspect the facility on a regular basis to ensure the grounds, facility and equipment are maintained according to the facility policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plastering and mechanical repairs
- Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, comfortable and safe environment.
- All-seasons maintenance required on the grounds – different outside duties will be required given the season of the year.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a maintenance department/position
- Experience in a healthcare facility would be an advantageous but not required
- Reliable and Prompt
- Ability to work and be on-call every other weekend
