Job Location: HYBRID (2-3 days/week) in either Chicago or Lincolnshire, IL
Job Salary: $60-95k DOE

Due to continuous growth, our team is looking to bring an experienced Client Accounting Service Associate or Senior Associate to join our team! This is a Hybrid role in either of our offices in Chicago or Lincolnshire, IL Top Reasons to Work with Us

What You Will Be Doing
Client Accounting / CFO advisory projects, including accounting remediations, implementations of new procedures, U.S. GAAP conversions, etc.
Month-end close process
Preparation of financial statements
Client trainings on new procedures and accounting principals
Preparation of financial forecasts & KPI reports
Bank statement reconciliation
Accounts Payable (bill entry, disbursements, manage vendor relationships, etc.)
Accounts Receivable (invoice creation, cash receipts recording, etc.)
Payroll accounting
Retirement contributions processing
Maintenance of sub-ledgers for all balance sheet accounts
Accounting support or preparation of various business tax filings (1096, 1099, payroll tax, sales tax, etc.)
Accounting support on annual audits and transaction projects
What You Need for this Position
- Must have 1 Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm)
- Bachelors in Accounting is required
- A thorough understanding of GAAP
- Masters in Accounting is a plus
