The Impact You'll Make:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with our clients' business objectives and technical requirements.

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, account managers, and business analysts.
• Act as a primary point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

What You've Mastered:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the IT, or other B2B services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• PMP project management certification is preferred.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
