Adecco is hiring experienced forklift Operators in Lincoln, Nebraska.

A forklift operator performs a wide variety of tasks focused on receiving, warehousing, delivering, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventories as required to support the Lincoln plant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operates material handling equipment including standup forklifts, pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks, vacuhoist, carton clamp, and slip-sheet attachment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensures material receipt, warehousing, and delivery to point of use in order to meet internal / external customer expectations including shipments of finished goods to the off-site Distribution Center.
• Load and unload trailers that are going between our off-site Distribution Center and main site.
• Check / verify, sign for inbound freight from suppliers, complete cleaning & labeling of materials. Assist in completion of receipts and shipments as needed.
• Deliver all materials and product to work centers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintains material inventory quantity accuracy via physical counts & inventory management system transactions to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintains material location accuracy via RF scanner.
• Maintain training on SOPs, Policies, GMPs, OSHA guidelines, and Safety Security & Environment guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of safety awareness. This includes participating in the ZAP program. Our behavior-based safety program to help identify potential risks in the workplace.

Knowledge / Education / Experience Required :

Minimum Education Level -

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job-Related Experience :

2 years of forklift experience IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED - willing to train with the right attitude / strong safety mindset / attention to detail.

Stand up forklift experience preferred for loading / unloading trailers as well as storage in racking and bulk areas

Other Job-Related Skills / Background :

• Experience in M-ERP or SAP inventory management systems preferred.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry preferred

Pay Details : $20.00 per hour
