Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Kitter to join our team. As a Kitter, you will be responsible for preparing materials and supplies for production and distribution. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

- Stock and organize materials in designated areas

- Use RF scanner to locate and retrieve items from inventory

- Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, to move materials as needed

- Prepare kits by gathering and assembling components according to specifications

- Ensure accurate order fulfillment by verifying quantities and quality of items

- Perform quality control checks to identify any defects or discrepancies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work area

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day

- Proficient in operating RF scanners and other warehouse equipment

- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and quality control procedures

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
