Our company is seeking a talented Billing Specialist to join our amazing team. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining customer accounts, and resolving any billing discrepancies.

Availability and Requirements:

Monday- Friday: At least 20-hours per week from the office during normal business hours is required. The other 10-20 hours per week can be from home with a mutually agreed upon schedule. *Functional demands may require adjustments to schedule start/end times and principal location of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers
• Review billing for accuracy and completeness
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain billing records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
• Provide exceptional customer service regarding billing inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or accounting preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite, Intuit Applications
• Willingness and ability to learn other cloud applications and information portals for proprietary use
