Cowgill Asset Management is seeking a strong, energetic Leasing Specialist to join our team. Cowgill Asset Management is a locally owned company with a strong history in Lexington. We offer competitive pay and an excellent benefits package. We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, demonstrate strong leasing, sales, and marketing skills, possess remarkable telephone and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently greet all residents and future residents in a professional and positive manner
- Follow up with prospective residents to ensure closing
- Thorough knowledge of lease terms and paperwork, screening processes and policies regarding rentals
- Prepare and complete lease forms and agreements, and collect deposits and fees as required
- Accomplish and maintain a high leasing closing ratio
- Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
