- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Possess relevant Engineering and Electrical certifications and licenses
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering and design
- Familiarity with applicable codes for building, energy, and construction standards, adhering to industry practices
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience
