SWH Supply is Hiring a Store Manager Near Lexington, KY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals along with Human Resources to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) along with Human Resources.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
