Position Title : Corporate Billing SpecialistLocation : Hybrid in Lewisville, TX (2 days in office)Duration : 6 months The Corporate Billing Specialist will work independently and with a team to ensure invoices are sent out timely and accurately monthly.
Responsibilities Respond to emails received throughout the day, up to 50 Research discrepancies for the book of business, 1000 customers Submit credit / debit adjustments as needed for customer accounts Customer account reconciliation as needed Process monthly special billing for customers Communicate with internal and external customers as needed Candidate Profile A high school diploma is required Ability to work remotely Strong analytical skills required Experience with MS Dynamics / 365 a plus, Oracle a plus (team will be transitioning to Oracle use) Average to advanced Excel skills required ( candidates may be asked to complete an Excel assessment during the interview process) GST / HST (Canadian tax) knowledge a plus Knowledge of general HIPAA rules a plus Knowledge of public company requirements a plus
