Job Description
The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Property Management Company seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities in the Levittown Pennsylvania area.
Candidate Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of boilers a plus but not necessary:
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry are necessary
- Must be detailed and organized
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must be available to cover on-call when needed
- Residential Apartment Maintenance Technician Experience a plus
- Must have your own reliable car and a valid Pennsylvania Drivers License
- Must have your own tools
