Behavior Technicians at Potential Inc. use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to address the behavioral health needs of children (ages 2-18) with Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with a caseload of clients following individualized plans of care that address client strengths, needs, previous life experiences, present-day challenges, and future goals. Focus areas include addressing cognitive, communicative, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! This is considered an entry-level role. We welcome new graduates, career changers, and experienced candidates to apply. We provide in-depth paid training that prepares you to work with clients and to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam to earn the RBT credential!

Ability to gain experience in a variety of settings (our clinics, public schools, daycares, private homes) in two geographical regions: Lower Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WILL YOU GAIN FROM THIS ROLE?
After training, you'll be able to work with children of varying levels of need, implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs following each client's individualized treatment plan, receive and incorporate feedback from your client's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in future sessions, maintain client safety and confidentiality, and accurately document client sessions by collecting data, writing session notes, and completing service logs (timesheets). You'll gain the training and experience required to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam and earn the RBT credential through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
