Position Summary

Self-motivated and self- directed individual with strong maintenance/ facilities background in a machining and manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Manages the collection of cardboard around the facility and processes through the bailer machine.

• Responsible for emptying the chip bins and processing chips and instructed by the maintenance supervisor

• Weekly maintenance checks as listed on the weekly PM work order

• Maintain assigned work areas to 5S standards for organization, housekeeping, and inspection. Assist others as needed to support 5S.

• Preventative Maintenance on paint booth as assigned

• Completing daily checks on the CNC machines and reporting any issues to the Maintenance Manager

• Other task and projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Education/Certification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience Required

• 3-5 years’ experience in facilities or other maintenance positions

Physical Activities and Requirements of this Position

• Works within a manufacturing setting and exposed to coolant fumes

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Pay: $22.42 - $22.43 per hour
