Our Customer Experience department in Lebanon, TN is now looking for a Customer Experience Representative.
Key Tasks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively communicating information about products, pricing, warranties, and orders.
  • Efficiently process orders, quotes, and customer requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate documentation.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and following through to ensure complete resolution.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with our provider network, end-users, and colleagues, fostering a trusted and collaborative environment.
  • Engage in proactive communication with dealers and customers, including making outgoing calls and responding to email inquiries.
  • Generate and analyze daily data reports to support customer needs and company objectives.
  • Maintain a good attendance record, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.

Your Background
  • 4 year degree in business from an accredited college or university or,
  • 2 year degree in business and 2 years of call center experience
  • 4 years of call center experience relating to the medical device industry preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
