Insight Global is Hiring a Food Service Supervisor Near Lebanon, OH
A client in hospitality and food service is hiring food service supervisors to manage the oversight of meal planning, recipes, and distribution of meals to residents in correctional facilities in Lebanon, Ohio.
In this role, the day to day responsibilities will include oversight of inmates preparing food & once food is prepared, supervising the serving lines, ensuring temperatures of the food is correct & while food is being served, managing the next meal to be prepared.
This process will repeat for each meal of the day including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Administrative and supervisory experience is a plus, as you will be managing the delivery of meals, menus and distribution of responsibilities between residents whom also work in the kitchen.
