Responsibilities
- Provide quality painting and drywall work for rental properties under management, as assigned
- Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
- Thorough documentation of work performed
- Perform work in a timely manner
- After-hours calls and site visits may be needed periodically
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years’ painting experience
- Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
- General maintenance and repair knowledge
- Honest, happy, and positive
- Humility and Willingness to follow office protocol
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
