Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a custodian or in facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery, such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Strong communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors
