Riverstone Placement Partners is Hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator Near Lawrenceville, GA
- Oversee the daily and long-term activities of stock clerks, as directed, to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy, maintenance and compliance
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Support bin accuracy through bin audits
- Conduct reports of monthly cycle counts
- Maintain a daily audit of the outgoing and incoming bins for the Kan Ban inventory
- Perform periodic cycle counts on Kan Ban parts to assure that all bin/pallet levels are being maintained by the vendors and stock clerks
- Work with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering and production departments along with vendors to resolve Kan Ban inventory issues
- Communicate to management both verbally and in writing the causes of inventory balance errors
- Work with Purchasing and vendors to implement new parts onto the Kan Ban program
- Train vendors and staff on how the Kan Ban program works
- Maintain and produce reports as required; daily, weekly or monthly ? Enter data into the SAP system
- Review significant cycle count discrepancies with management prior to making the adjustment
- Assist in selecting personnel for hire, promotion, and termination within receiving department
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Schedule
- Days; 8 hour shift
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Inventory control: 2 years (Preferred)
