Title: Instructor - Nursing
Salary Range: $3,634 - $4,996 per month
Contract Term Length: 10 Months

Job DutiesParticipate in instructional presentation and delivery; the planning and designing of instructional programs, instructional evaluation, and assessment.
Assist in the design and update of course syllabi, curriculum review, revision, and development.
Incorporate the latest instructional technologies and interactive learning technologies in course delivery.
Assume a participative role in supporting and promoting the mission, goals, and objectives of the college by performing the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the leadership of the program, division, and college
Be responsible for teaching pre-licensure nursing students in the classroom, clinical and skills laboratory settings each semester as needed.
Help recruit students for the program by serving on the Outreach and Recruitment committee.
Advise students who are in the program.
Monitor and improve student retention.
Provide quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
Participate in faculty committees and other activities as assigned
Minimum QualificationsBSN
Master of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
Must have active, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky
Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated evidence of a career that includes flexibility and willingness to change; open-mindedness, fairness, and the ability to see multiple perspectives; a willingness to take risks, and willingness to accept responsibility for professional and personal growth.

Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
