Specific Tasks And Responsibilities
- Organize daily activities based on priorities from R&D Director.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of R&D materials and projects.
- Prepare and ship samples to customers.
- Troubleshoot and improve product formulas and processes.
- Participate in plant line trials and production start-ups.
- Support sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations.
- Evaluate raw materials and develop nutritional information.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend implementation projects.
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules.
- Participate in necessary training for job responsibilities.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
