Integrated Resources Inc is Hiring a Cash Application Specialist Near Lawrence, KS
• Support the maintenance of Lockbox, ACH, and Credit Card payments.
• Operate and understand Accounts Receivable computer system.
• Analyze and resolve problems with customer accounts, communicate resolution to customer service to relay to customer.
• Assist with overall department tasks and workflow.
• Research and resolve issues from field representatives.
• Provide support to the Supervisor and perform necessary tasks as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned including special projects.
• Provide support to the Cash Team Lead when needed.
Quals--
This role is in-person and 40 hours a week.
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 Years Data Entry Experience preferred
Key Attention to detail
Technical aptitude, problem solving skills (ability to fully research and make sound, practical decision based off of research conducted)
