JOB SUMMARY : Supervise security personnel in the performance of duties relating to the protection of company assets, employees, and guests.
Responsible for interviewing, training, hiring, scheduling, monitoring, providing feedback, handling concerns, complaints, problem solving, appraising employee performance, disciplining and coordinating work in a safe and customer service-oriented manner complying with all applicable laws regulations, standards, and policies.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
Review and approve all security documentation as needed.
Ensure labor and staffing meet business demands.
Supervise and train officers to ensure all company policies are adhered to.
Assist guests and employees in a variety of situations concerning guest / employee
safety, asset protection and customer service.
Respond to and investigate incidents and accidents concerning the welfare of guests,
employees and property.
Must be able to respond and react calmly and quickly in crises situations as well as
make rational decisions.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS : Experience in security or law enforcement field preferred; previous supervision in field. Knowledgeable in investigations, gaming regulations and internal controls required.
Valid Driver’s License required. Gaming Sheriff's Card and Alcohol Awareness Card Required Must be certified for CPR and AED cards.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS : Lift up to 60 lbs. Push and pull up to 150 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear.
Dexterity to utilize tools. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Type.
Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Run. Maneuver in confined spaces.
Tolerate high noise areas. Tolerate bright lights. Able to work in a dusty environment. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules.
Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot / cold). Understand, read, write, and speak English. Sit for long periods of time
