Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Package cannabis products according to company standards and state regulations.
- Label products accurately and ensure proper documentation of all packaging activities.
- Maintain inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping processes, including preparing orders for distribution.
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment area.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of Metrc experience.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations, particularly Metrc, is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
