- Work with the Director of Marketing to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
- Assist in the development and execution of trade shows, event planning, and community relations projects.
- Oversee and manage the lead dispute process & lead generation reports for the three different firm verticals.
- Keep marketing materials in-stock and up to date by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Associate's degree in marketing or similar field (required)
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a marketing assistant
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Products, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
