- Bilingual, Spanish is a must!
- Vitals, referrals, schedule follow-up visits
- Assist with back office procedures
- Document chief complaint/medical history/update medication list
- Request/Gather all necessary data for each patient medical record
- Maintain a clean/organized work area including front office/triage area/examination/treatment rooms Prepare treatment rooms before each examination
- Properly drape patients if necessary
- Sterilize instruments and maintain all medical equipment
- Assist the physician with procedures and treatments Review physician orders/monitor prescriptions/request authorizations
- Stock office/medical supplies and request supply orders timely based on inventory needs
