Formulated Parent Holdings LP is Hiring a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST Near Largo, FL

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for assisting in the recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies. They are responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company’s workforce needs and goals.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess incoming resumes for assigned roles
  • Screen potential employees for assigned roles
  • Administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking
  • Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, open houses, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings
  • Source passive candidates and search resume databases for the most fit candidates
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers
  • Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain accountability to achieve individual recruiting targets
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience for referral and external applicants
  • Develop understanding of stakeholder needs to ensure best candidate selection
  • Network with candidates to generate referrals
  • Assist in consolidation/reporting of Talent Acquisition Metrics


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required:
  • Experience in high volume recruiting (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
  • Passionate about HR (Human Resources) methods
  • Ability to scan large volumes of resumes
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred Additional
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now ATS
