Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Duties:

-Filing paper work

-Ordering parts

-Input data on QuickBooks

-Assist on various duty as needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and equipment maintenance
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for maintenance supplies
- Support the maintenance team in various projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Experience:

-Knowledge on Excel
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills:
- Office organizational skills
- Proficiency in order entry
- Computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to computerize maintenance records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Laredo, TX 78045 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Laredo, TX 78045: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
