Process individual trust account deposits/distributions Process profit sharing participant notice mailings and distributions Process 1099 tax forms and mailings for all trust distributions Process wire transfers for trust investment purchases Performs unclaimed trust voucher research Enters trust transaction activity into Trust Processor automated system Assists with Trust Committee Meeting reports and/or copies Creates charitable trust application summary Process Treasury Bill purchase/sale transactions Assist manager with audit/examination copies Supports shareholder area with shareholder visits, stock transfers, address updates on shareholder system, shareholder report reviewer, shareholder mailings, reporting lost Maintains end of year car mileage report Supports safe deposit area in providing access/open/close of boxes Serves as reviewer for safe deposit unpaid reports Assists with medallion signature guarantee updates Process distribution tax withholding deposits SKILLS Accounting and Analytical Active Listening Critical Thinking Judgement and Decision Making Quick Decision Strategies EDUCATION Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred.
