**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, team management, and food service management.

**Duties:**

- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, customer service, and financial performance

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff

- Oversee inventory, ordering, and pricing of goods

- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

**Skills:**

- Experience in all aspects of full service restauarnt operations

- Proficient in interviewing, hospitality, team management, and food service management
