Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the front of house area, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Train and develop front of house team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize customer satisfaction
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests

Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant field
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and hospitality industry standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Experience in managing staff members is preferred
- Proficient in using restaurant management software systems to track reservations, seating arrangements, and customer preferences is preferred
