Job Title: Patient Services Representative
Location: Langhorne, PA 19047
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Salary: $20/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Vaccination: Not required

A rapidly growing family-owned company that provides prosthetics and orthotics, along with superior patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients over the phone with inquiries and appointments
- Coordinate patient chart updates with practitioners and billing
- Prepare and organize all necessary documents for billing
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient charts
- Handle explanation of benefits (EOBs), insurance verifications, and preauthorizations
- Maintain a professional and friendly office environment
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist or Patient Services Coordinator/Representative
- Strong understanding of EOBs, preauthorizations, and insurance verifications
- Proficiency in EMRs and charting
Software Knowledge:
Experience with Navinet, Pear, Noridian, Availity, Epic, Nymbl, and United Healthcare is beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
