Shift Time - 6:30am - 3pm days off T/W 2:30pm - 11pm Swing shift, days off W/T 2:30 pm - 11 pm Swing shift, days off T/W.
Requirements:
- LPN State License of WA.
- BLS Certification.
- Covid Card.
- 2 years recent Experience as a LPN.
